What procedures offer us the greatest chance for success?

Contact:

  • The ability to have direct contacts with the Hiring Managers or has some level of communication with them throughout the recruiting and interview process.

  • When the first line of contact is through the Human Resource Dept. the person should enable us to have some level of contact with management. This may not be to make the initial referral but at least to hear from management concerning initial position descriptions and then be able to have a dialogue with management concerning specific candidates when appropriate.

  • Prompt detailed responses are essential to moving the search along in a timely fashion

Recruiting Procedure:

  • Work only with us on an exclusive basis. Have only one recruiter, our firm, armed with the right information contact those top candidates.

  • Provide us with all the information we feel necessary to properly recruit.

    • Position description, responsibilities
    • Hierarchy, organizational chart
    • Requirements of experience, least and maximum
    • Make up of office, team, and culture
    • Selling features of the firm and office
    • Compensation; base, bonus, incentives
    • Benefits, health, retirement, vacation
    • Study support
    • Relocation package
    • Past interviews, candidates liked and disliked, competitors to draw from or avoid.

Interview Procedure:

We present viable candidates to our primary contact. Primary Contact responds quickly with detailed feedback. Client meets a candidate first if possible, phone contact as a second choice. Ideal candidate contact with the client firm is the manager/hiring authority on the first go-round. Quick response time. Complete response information, kept confidential if necessary.

Offers:

Discussed between the client and us before an offer is made. Have us make the offer as we can draw the best reaction from the candidate. We are kept in the loop.
